Aggregate Crusher Plant Information

According to the actual situation, CME has procuced the advanced aggregate crushing plant. Crushers are classified according to the stage of crushing which they accomplish, such as, primary crushing, secondary crushing and tertiary crushing. A primary crusher receives the aggregate directly from a quarry after blasting, and produces the first reduction in size. The output of the primary crusher will be fed to a secondary crusher, which further reduces the aggregate size. Some of the aggregate may pass through four or more crushers before it is reduced to the desired size. The degree of breakage is spread over several stages as a means of closely controlling product size and limiting waste material.

The aggregate crusher plant flow chart

1. The blasted raw stones was hauled to the a stockpile by heavy duty truck;

2. The raw stones like granite, basalt, marble, limestone, cobble stone etc. will be fed into jaw crusher as primary crushing machine;

3. The crushed stones will be transferred to impact crusher for further processing;

4. According to the clients application, the crushed stone will be sieved into different grade by vibrating screen, or be transferred to for fineness crushing;

5. After screening process, aggregate washing machine will be needed to clear away the dust and small particles.

The whole aggregate crusher plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control, etc. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h by combining different models of equipment which can match cone crusher, deduster, etc. If necessary to satisfy different customers technological requirements.
